Azhar Haji Abdul Samad, a Chartered Accountant who obtained his Bachelors in Accounting (Hons) from the University Institute of Technology MARA. He had also obtained a Diploma in Business and Management from the University of Sunshine Coast, Australia.
He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Institute of Public Accountants Australia. Azhar, where he started his career path with Price Waterhouse Coopers as a Senior auditor. He then joined The New Straits Times Press (M) Berhad as an accountant. Other previous career experience which includes a Senior Project Accountant with Malakoff Berhad, Financial Controller of Modenas for DRB-HiCOM and a Group CEO for Vesselcore Sdn. Bhd.
