The key focus of One Stop Solution (OSS) is to facilitate, speed up communication and infrastructure installation approval process. Acting on behalf as the Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan(PBT), OSS provides for planning, zoning research, acquisition of land and local government communications.
Other OSS role is to manage, accept and monitor application approvals by making sure the process is strictly abide to federals and states regulations.
