About Us
ARL HomeComm SDN. BHD is Incorporated in 1996 with current paid up capital of RM10.5 million. ARL owned a full license under the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, NFP/I/2000/35 enabling to own or to provide any network facilities and NSP/I/2000/35, enabling to provide any network services. ARL aspires to be a premium provider and major player of affordable and easy-to-use Community Multimedia Network Sevices (CMNS).

MSC Status
Marking a significant milestone in its technological advancement and credibility within Malaysia’s digital landscape. The company played a key role in early internet infrastructure by installing and servicing internet networks for MPSJ and MBPJ. This foundation established ARL as a trusted provider in telecommunications and connectivity solutions.
AFP, NFP & NSP Licenses
ARL secured these licenses, strengthening its position as a fully integrated telecommunications service provider. The company expanded its capabilities across network facilities, services, and applications. This milestone also included involvement in operating the iconic KL Tower, reinforcing ARL’s role in national infrastructure. ARL also supported connectivity by servicing areas such as Kepong Industrial Park and MPSJ, reinforcing its infrastructure presence.
Local Authorities
ARL plays a pivotal role in supporting local authorities through large-scale telecommunications infrastructure development. Under the SPINS Project, the company successfully secured 200 towers, establishing a strong operational foundation. In 2014, ARL expanded further by securing 600 towers across Wilayah Persekutuan. The following year, its reach extended to key states including Perak, Kedah, Johor, and Kelantan. These initiatives reinforce ARL’s commitment to enhancing nationwide connectivity and supporting public infrastructure growth.
